Yalameh
399 x 80
Product information "Yalameh"
Yalameh rugs are made by the half-nomadic tribe of the same name, which has Gaschgaiian roots. The typical soft structure is due to the traditional use of wool for chain and shot. The rugs occur in bright colors, and their patterns are based on chicken diamonds, rhombs or squares. These geometric motifs are combined with smaller traditional motifs scattered over the background of the rug. For nomad rugs, the Yalameh have very fine and dense knots and impress with high quality.
