Thank you for visiting and shopping at Rugtales.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Normally it takes us 1-2 business in order to process your order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we of course will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Ipektchi Verwaltungs-GmbH is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Ipektchi Verwaltungs-GmbH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we‘re here to help! We offer a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

The consumer has the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you have taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending a clear statement to our e-mail address support@rugaltes.com In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period. 

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we shall repay to you all payments received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the Goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the Goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days after the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

Returns shall be made at our expense. For this we will send you a return label after receipt and examination of your e-mail with the revocation, that you then place on the original packed product to bring it then to a post office in your proximity.

You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

How to return your product 

  • Please send us an e-mail via support@rugtales.com
  • Once you request to return your product is approved we'll send you a prepaid shipping label that you‘ll receive by e-mail
  • Send your item back to us using the label provided by bringing it to a DHL station

Please note

    • All our products are unique and handmade. Irregularities in colours or crooked parts are natural to this product and can not be claimed as broken.
    • Returned items must be returned in original packaging or a similar packaging to ensure the product‘s safety
    • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear/ use or damage
